Yes, all Kremi skincare products are approved by the Ministry of Health. We meticulously follow all legal procedures to provide our users with the most reliable, clean, and high-quality ingredients. All our ingredients are produced in accordance with the standards of the Ministry of Health.

Our products can be stored on the shelf for 3 years unopened. The shelf life for opened products is 12 months.

Kremi skincare products are never tested on animals, and we are very sensitive about this issue. All our products are vegan and contain no animal ingredients. Furthermore, our products are "PETA Approved," confirming that they meet ethical standards and demonstrate our commitment to animal rights.

We care about the health and skin needs of our users. All of our products are free of parabens, silicones, alcohol, microplastics, dyes, and sulfates. Furthermore, all products are dermatologically approved and non-comedogenic.

We recommend storing our products at room temperature, approximately 22-23 degrees Celsius.

Orders placed Monday to Saturday by 16:00 (Turkey time) are handed over to the courier the same day; orders placed after 16:00, on Sundays or on public holidays are shipped on the next shipping day. After dispatch, delivery takes 1-3 business days on average; your order is delivered within 7 days at the latest. Public holidays, busy campaign periods and the delivery address may affect this time.

You can return unused and unopened products within 14 days, together with their invoice. After creating a return request from your order, you can send the product free of charge with the DHL eCommerce return code sent to you by e-mail. We do not offer exchanges. If your product arrives faulty or damaged, we accept your return even if it has been opened. Simply contact us within 14 days using the details on our Contact page and send the product back; you can also share a photo of the product if you wish. Return shipping is free.
