RETURN AND RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL POLICY

If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase from Kremi, you may return the products together with their invoice, provided that they are unused and unopened. We do not offer product exchanges.

Kremi provides free return shipping.

After submitting a return request through the relevant order within 14 days, you may send your unopened and unused product back to us via DHL eCommerce at no cost to you, using the DHL eCommerce return code specified in the email sent to you (3448229332).

Returned products are inspected once they reach our return center. If the inspection confirms that there are no circumstances preventing the products from being returned, the necessary refund procedures will be initiated.

A refund cannot be issued before the product reaches our return center and the inspection process has been completed.

For your order to be accepted for return:

• The product must be unused and unopened,

• The product must be sent to the return center together with its invoice.

For personal hygiene reasons, used products cannot be accepted for return.

STEP 1 - SHIPPING THE PRODUCT

To prevent damage during transit, carefully pack the products in their original shipping box together with the invoice included with your order.

For your security and to ensure that your return can be tracked, we recommend obtaining a shipping receipt and tracking number for your return package.

Please send your returned product to the return center address below using the DHL eCommerce return code (3448229332).

Although unlikely, if your shipment does not reach us, we recommend retaining the shipping receipt as proof that you returned the products.

Kremi cannot accept responsibility for return shipments sent by you that are lost in transit.

STEP 2 - REFUND PROCESS

Your returned product will be inspected once it reaches our return center.

Returns are approved for products that are unopened and unused.

Following return approval, the refund will be processed on the next business day. Depending on your bank, it may take 5–7 business days for the refunded amount to appear in your account.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

The CONSUMER has the right to withdraw from this Distance Sales Agreement concluded with the SELLER within 14 (fourteen) days without providing any reason and without incurring any penalty.

The right of withdrawal period begins:

• On the date the agreement is concluded for agreements concerning the performance of services.

• On the date the consumer, or a third party designated by the consumer, receives the goods for agreements concerning the delivery of goods.

The CONSUMER may also exercise the right of withdrawal before the goods are delivered.

For the purpose of calculating the withdrawal period:

• For goods delivered separately under a single order, the delivery date of the final item shall apply.

• For goods consisting of multiple parts, the delivery date of the final part shall apply.

• For goods delivered regularly over a specified period, the delivery date of the first item shall apply.

You may submit your withdrawal notification before the withdrawal period expires by using the “Easy Returns” option available on your personal account page on the Kremi website https://www.kremibeauty.com

The designated carrier for returns made under the right of withdrawal is DHL eCommerce, the courier company through which the ordered product was delivered to you.

All details concerning the return shipment are provided in the Easy Returns section of your personal account page.

CASES WHERE THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL CANNOT BE EXERCISED

The CONSUMER cannot exercise the right of withdrawal in relation to the following agreements:

• Goods or services whose prices depend on fluctuations in the financial markets

• Goods prepared according to the CONSUMER’s requests or personal requirements

• Goods that are liable to deteriorate rapidly or pass their expiration date

• Goods whose packaging has been opened after delivery and which are not suitable for return for health or hygiene reasons

• Goods which, after delivery, become mixed with other products and cannot be separated by their nature
  

• Books, digital content and computer consumables whose packaging has been opened

• Periodical publications such as newspapers and magazines

• Accommodation, transportation, vehicle rental, food and beverage, and entertainment services that must be provided on a specific date

• Services performed instantly in an electronic environment or intangible goods delivered instantly
  

• Services that have begun, with the CONSUMER'S consent, before the end of the right of withdrawal period
